The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. We hope that you will be delighted with your SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. Only merchandise purchased at full-price will be entitled to refunds, with some exceptions. Sale purchases are usually final and will only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
Please note that we do not refund postage on any returns, so you are only refunded for the items purchased.
SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.
Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued. We cover postage for all exchanges, so you will not be charged extra.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Proof of Postage
We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office when you return the item, or use a recorded or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and SILKEN FAVOURS is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from SILKEN FAVOURS Ltd and fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
