Silken Favours have looked to a kaleidoscope of fantastical sources for inspiration this season.
The collection takes us on a wondrous journey, meeting all types of glorious creatures along the way. We see vibrant butterflies, iridescent beetles and delicate dragonflies come to play with midnight black panthers and vivacious exotic birds as well as intricate flora and fauna designs.
The designer also took inspiration from the 1920’s looking at Art Deco shapes and forms, velvety jewel hues come to play with block shapes contrasting smooth curves and bold lines, creating a visionary feast for the eyes. All of these diverse inspirations are bought together to form a collection that is captivating, exuberant and totally unique.
Colours this season are luxurious and glamorous. Rich bordeaux hues come to play with muted lilac and exotic turquoise that sit beside pale greens and rich purples.
We see an injection of zesty bright orange running throughout the collection, seen alongside monochrome panels to create bold lines that are nostalgic yet contemporary.
The range comes to life with a collection of sensational home-ware pieces, giant fish, coy kittens and curious owls all breath life into luxury silk cushions, full of expression and charm and in keeping with the brands eclectic and eccentric aesthetic.
The collection this season is diverse, with a carefully considered range of sumptuous cushions, printed shirts and scarves, as well as the new addition of printed silk pyjamas with matching sleep mask, offering the epitome of luxury for the wearer.
